Justin Timberlake's Fan Arrested Over Touching Singer's Neck

An overzealous fan was arrested on the weekend after touching Justin Timberlake's neck at the golf tournament in California.

The Can't Stop The Feeling piano sheet music singer was one of several competitors with the American Century Celebrity Pro-Am in Lake Tahoe, although walking by having a group of spectators, he was unexpectedly touched by an attendee, who reached out his hand and patted the best side of Timberlake's neck.

In film footage obtained by, the clearly frustrated singer, who had been flanked by two security officers, turned around and yelled on the man, "Why can you do that?" Representatives for that tournament tell TMZ the confrontation was minor and Timberlake, who was lacking any visible injuries, would not want to press charges.

Law enforcement officials repeat the spectator was intoxicated and became belligerent, claiming he only planned to "touch" the pop star.
